EC motor

Ventilatoarele EC sunt echipate cu motoare cunoscute ca Electronically Commutated motors sau motoare EC. Un motor standard EC are un rotor cu magneti permanenti ce se roteste in jurul unui stator. Regulatorul de turatie incorporat genereaza un curent electric in infasurarile statorului si transforma tensiunea alternativa (AC) in tensiune continua (DC) ce este necesara pornirii motorului.
Controlul turatiei ventilatorului se poate realiza digital prin Modbus RTU sau analog (semnal 0-10V). 
Semnalul analog poate fi generat de un potentiometru sau de senzori HVAC.
Principalele avantaje ale motoarelor EC sunt: consum redus de energie, eficienta ridicata in functionare, nivel de zgomot redus, nu necesita mentenanta, interferenta electromagnetica redusa (EMI).
