Anodised aluminium floor grilles — underfloor air distribution

Floor grilles are used in underfloor air distribution systems (UFAD) — an alternative to traditional ceiling ventilation, particularly in modern office buildings with raised access floors, computer rooms and spaces with high electronic equipment density. UFAD advantage: air is supplied at floor level at 18–20°C and rises naturally (warm air is lighter), removing pollutants and heat from persons and equipment directly from the occupied zone without mixing air through the entire space volume. Higher ventilation efficiency, lower energy consumption. Construction: anodised aluminium with structure resistant to pedestrian traffic and light furniture movement. Available in sizes compatible with raised floor modules (600×600 mm, 600×300 mm).
