Steps speed controllers

Stepped speed controllers — 3, 4 and 5 fixed speeds for single-phase 230V fans

Stepped speed controllers are the simplest and most reliable fan speed control solution — a rotary or push-button switch that selects one of 3, 4 or 5 predefined speeds. No complex electronics, no analogue signal, no programming — wall mounted, wired between supply and fan, works immediately. Preferred when the end user must operate the system without training, when the installer wants a fast installation, or when project budget limits complexity. Fixed speeds are stable and repeatable. Main applications: professional kitchen ventilation, residential bathroom ventilation, small office ventilation, any application requiring 2–4 distinct operating modes without automation.

Temperature based 5-step speed controller - 3,5 A - Cooling

Temperature based fan speed control  This 5-step fan speed controller has two Euro sockets to connect AC fans. E.g. it is possible to connect a supply and an exhaust fan. When the ambient temperature drops below the set temperature, the fan(s) run at minimum speed. When the ambient temperature exceeds the set temperature, fan speed will increase in steps.

Plug and play!   Ready to use! It doesn't require any wiring. It is equipped with a supply cables with Europlugs (cable length 1,5 m).

Integrated temperature sensor  The ambient temperature is measured via the passive temperature probe (PT500). This temperature probe is already connected and has a cable length of 4 m. The setpoint temperature can be adjusted via the potentiometer on the front panel.
 
Solid enclosureThe enclosure is made of high-quality r-ABS plastic. This material is exceptionally heat resistant, very tough and offers good protection against impacts. The enclosure can be surface mounted and offers an IP54 protection against ingress of dirt, dust and moisture.
